Helping Daddy

Being home from school means lots of time around the house to fix things, like light bulbs.

and dishwashers. Boy does Linnea love to "help" her daddy. :)

Bubbles

Linnea's Aunt Nancy was visiting from Mass. She brought Linnea some no spill bbbles to play with.

Boy does Linnea love bubbles!

and Linnea sure loves her Aunt Nancy.

CiCis

A bunch of my current and former students gathered at, where else, CiCis, to enjoy each others company and plenty of good food. I am hoping this will become an annual event.

Linnea is a Merritt so she LOVES CiCis too.

What a great looking bunch of kids. God has really blessed me at Fort Mill.

Messy!

Linnea is wanting more and more to feed herself. Maybe yogurt though, is something that should wait a while longer.

Baby

Linnea has developed quite an imagination and loves playing with her "babies".

She loves to take them for walks, cover them with blankets and she even shares her pacifiers with them. She will quickly shush you too if you are talking while her babies are sleeping.

Reading with Chad

Here is Miss Linnea reading with her uncle Chad. He and his wife Jamie (who unfortunately didn't get into any pictures) are very dear friends of ours. Linnea didn't mind monoploizing most of Chad's visit with book after book.

Silly girl

Surprise

No pictures of Linnea?
Some of my students went on a clandestine mission.
Imagine waking up th this in your front yard.

When you arrive at school you see this sign...

and this one...

almost there...

and this one, leading up to...

The scoundrels had arranged my own parking space and special parking privledges. Though it was short lived it was defiately one of the sweetest things students have done for me, and the timing couldn't have been better at the end of a very long semester. Thanks guys, I love ya'll.

Sand and Sprinklers

Linnea loves her new sandbox, or sandturtle as the case may be.

She also, evidently loves the taste of sand.

Maybe she just wants a goatee like her daddy.

Nothing washes of sand or record heat like a run through the sprinklers.

Reading with Grandpa

Mud Pie

Linnea + potted plant + Katie's water dish = BIG MESS!

Mothers Day

Linnea loves every chance she gets to be outside and here she is sprinting down the sidewalk, enjoying the fresh air and freedom.

Linnea has been warned, and spanked enough times about not picking and eating holly berries that every time she is near the tree now she gives it a stern talking to. "No, touch!"

Having Fun Outside

Loving Stuffed Animals

Linnea loves to carry her stuffed animals around.
