...pine trees, pecans, and onions. We drove past many cotton fields in various stages of harvest on our way down to Thanksgiving. The fields still laden with cotton reminded us of the snow that has been absent from our past winters. Maybe just maybe we will get some this year, if not we may have to drive toward the mountains to find snow. We also watched workers gather up pecans on our trip south and then enjoyed gathering up some of them to eat from Rosalie and Chase's yard.
