NC Zoo

6 days after we went to Riverbanks we had the insane idea to go to the zoo in Asheboro and meet up with Jen, Glenn, and the boys! We hadn't seen them in over a year so the visit was long overdue, but the kids had had two trips to Columbia in a 5 day span. The night before we drove up to Asheboro we drove home from Columbia and Linnea decided to choke herself and puke all over the place! We got her cleaned up at a very sketchy gas station and then drove the rest of the way home to Benjamin screaming the whole way. We should have known that the drive to and from Asheboro was going to be memorable in a way we would rather forget! Thankfully the time spent actually and the zoo and with the Hawley's made up for the time in the car!

It decided to storm after lunch so we ended up going to the play area at the mall to get some of the kids energy out!

Benjamin had fun watching everyone run around.
